NCLB requires that each state provide a blueprint outlining how the state will hold students, schools, and districts responsible for meeting accountability standards. Hawaii's NCLB Accountability Workbook, approved by the U.S. Department of Education on July 6, 2010 includes amendments through school year 2009-10.
